We run a family business dedicated to Real Estate Promotion in Mijas village managed by Pepe Martin. He have a long building career with 35 years of experience and around 500 properties built.

His professional career began at the beginning of the1.970, in the urbanization "Pueblo Lopez" in Fuengirola centre.

In 1.974 he founded his proper company and his dreamed project began, the construction of a new Andalusian village "El Nuevo Pueblo Mijas". The concept of this proyect was to built an extension of Mijas village respecting the Mijas's architecture elements. This urbanization is in perfect harmony with the environment and totally integrated in the town of Mijas.

Later, he started the construction of luxury villas in different urbanizations as Las Terrazas, Huerta Alta Arriba, Huerta Alta Finca D. Pedro, Santa Rosa, Las Lomas de Mijas, Rancho de la Luz, Valtocado, El Chaparral in Mijas Costa, Las Chapas in Marbella and currently the last phase in Mirador de Mijas 10 luxury apartments.

The better definition of our company is what we received a few months ago when we were buying a piece of land. We were among other buyers and the owners said: "Only we will sell to Pepe because we know that he will respect this place", in fact today this area belongs to us.
